Session Times and Frequency

I am currently working online through zoom or over the phone.
I plan to return to face-to-face sessions within the next year so please do get in touch if this is something you would prefer.

We can speak weekly at a set time or I am happy to arrange appointment times on a week-by-week basis to best accommodate you.
Each session will last 50 minutes- The 'therapeutic hour'.

Sessions can be as short-term or as long-term as you need. This is something we might explore in a first session together.

I charge £45 per session payable each session.

Reduced rates are available depending on circumstances . Please do feel free to ask me about this and we can discuss further before or at our first session together.
